Sometimes obesity can reach the point where a low calorie diet is the best thing for a person's health. This is called morbid obesity, and is defined as an extreme obesity which is directly and immediately affecting one's health. Most doctors would counter-recommend a low calorie diet except in the most drastic circumstances and would monitor it closely. While a normal diet would obviously require you to lower your amount of calories consumed daily, a low calorie diet means cutting back to 800 calories per day. Normal food is usually replaced in a low calorie diet by liquid meals and vitamin supplements. When decreasing caloric intake this drastically it can be difficult to get all of the nutrients that your body needs, so the supplements play a key role in maintaining health. Constantly having an empty stomach will be very difficult to bear, and an appetite suppressant can help with this. Stimulants are probably out of the question because your heart and other organs will be under enough stress as it is while on a low calorie diet, so something like Hoodia is the best option.

When looking for natural appetite suppressants there are two things you need to consider. Does it work and is it safe? There are natural appetite suppressants like magnesium capsules which are completely safe and completely ineffective. Unless you are suffering from a magnesium deficiency (only about 7% of people are) they will have no effect on you at all. Ephedra is one of the most effective natural appetite suppressants but also the most dangerous, being linked to heart attack, heart disease, stroke and high blood pressure. A middle ground for natural appetite suppressants is green tea extract. Green tea extract works to suppress appetite by caffeine; it has mild side effects and a mild effect on hunger. The only one out of all of the natural appetite suppressants that is extremely effective and completely safe is Hoodia, which is not a stimulant nor does it have side effects. Sparked your interest yet? For more info on natural appetite suppressants and Hoodia there are multiple sites dedicated to the topic.

There is a bit of disagreement about if hoodia pills or the hoodia spray is more effective. The hoodia pills while not always pure hoodia, can come in that form. The spray is almost never pure hoodia like the hoodia pills are. When you take a hoodia pill you also don't have to suffer through the terrible taste that you would with the liquid.

pure hoodia

Do you sell cryatal meth? I'd rather use that as I know it really gets you going.
