WOW!!! That's what I was saying at the end of the game that night. I took the 365 mile trip to Pleasanton and the Alameda County Fairgrounds to see the San Francisco Bay Bombers take on Mizz Georgia Hase's Brooklyn Red Devils. The game didn't disappont, either.

Well, so far, my season is rather un eventful. I've only been in 1 race, and will be sitting out on another race tomorrow (5-30-09), only because I had to shell out $260 for a brand new radiator for my truck. I had a couple cracks in the upper inlet of the radiator, and over the last few days, the leak got worse. My new season is officially started. It started last Saturday, March 21 at Toyota Speedway at Irwindale. Unfortunately, I didn't race last week, as I thought I needed new tires to race this season. The officials prefer to have us buy new tires every year to ensure our safety on track, as well as help them profit from the sales of the tires. Well, Sunday, February 15 will be the first race of the new season from Daytona, Florida and then the following week, Feb. 22, I'll be in Fontana, Ca for the 2nd race of the season at Auto Club Speedway (Formerly California Speedway). Well, Last night was supposed to be my last night of racing, but Mother Nature had other things in mind. Rain stopped the night of racing in the middle of the 100 lap Late Model race, and that was al the racing that went on. Three other division that were supposed to race, didn't and were sent home. The races, if it were rained out earlier in the day, would have been rescheduled for Oct. 18th.

Wow.....I can hardly believe it! This Saturday, October 4 is my last race of the season.....then I have to wait until March or April to race again. The new season starts on the 3rd Saturday of March of 2009.

Well, here we are again. Time for me to hype up this weekends races at Toyota Speedway at Irwindale. Last race for me on Sept. 6, was a good outing for me. My friends, Tory and Aaricka, sabotaged my tires and somehow, I went faster around the track than I did before. Most of this season, I have been averaging in the mid 19 seconds per lap. Last night, Sept. 6th, I raced in the 11th race of 13 in my division. My car was running GREAT....for once! LOL
I unloaded my car off the trailer and went through tech like we always do before we practice and when I took my car back to my pit, I noticed my right front tire was low....it was at 5 lbs. of pressure. Well, here it is, August 29, 2008 and I have only 3 races left on my schedule. The dates of those races are on Sept. 6 & 20, and Oct. 4.
As I write this, I am currently 16th in points out of 24 drivers, with 182 points. I've calculated that if I were to finish in 13th place in each of the next 3 races, I will get an additional 78 points, except for the last race, when it's double points, and I could possibly finish anywhere from 12-14th place in points.....provided the other people I'm ahea…
