Format Update: New Show To Be One Hour In Length...

The new RollerSports show will be 1 hour long and feature 4 quarters (rather than periods) of action. Under consideration is having the women skate the 1st and 3rd quarters, with the men skating the 2nd and 4th quarters. Also, this may be determined each week with a coin flip. Question: Will viewers be more interested in seeing the women or the men start the game? Which sex would make for the stronger finish--keeping the viewers glued to their sets through the entire hour? This is a big decision that must be made before taping begins! Your thoughts?

I think it doesn't matter which starts first. It's whether if this new show will get the fans it needs fixed on the tv screen.

I agree that whichever the cointoss goes to will work since the men & women are working for the same team it shouldn't matter but keeping with tradition, we should let the "Ladies go, first" but then it's anybody's game!
But then we should not base the winning of the game on the Men so keep with theRoller DERBY Tradition It's the women for the first 10 minutes Then the me for 10 minutes until a WINNER is decided or a "Match Race(I prefer legal blocking but anything goes for a special rivalry) RegularT V not pay per view.

i'd suggest bringing them in with the lovely looks of the ladies, and making the game winning decisions at the end with the action packed men!
